Clinical Nurse for Dr. Ali

Krista is a 1997 graduate of WKCTC Licensed Practical Nurse Program.  She has been the Nursing Team Leader since February 2008 and Dr. Ali’s clinical nurse since June 2002.  Krista also worked as staff nurse for Internal Medicine Group from January 2001 through June 2002.  She has been recognized as a 2009-2010 member of the Cambridge Who’s Who Registry of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs.  She enjoys reading, crafts, and spending time with her husband & 3 children.

Teresa, LPN
Clinical Nurse for Dr. Scowden

Teresa graduated from WKCTC Licensed Practical Nurse Program in 1989.   She has been Dr. Scowden’s clinical nurse since September 1996.   She also previously worked at Western Baptist Hospital for 7 years.  Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, & 3 grandchildren.

Traci, LPN
Clinical Nurse for Dr. McCullough

Traci is a 1990 graduate of WKCTC Medical Assistant Program and a 1996 graduate of WKCTC Licensed Practical Nurse Program.   She has been Dr. McCullough’s clinical nurse since 2007.  Traci also worked as the Triage/Urgent Care Nurse for Internal Medicine Group from May 2000 through 2007.   Traci enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with husband & their 3 dogs.

Christy, CMA
Clinical Nurse for Dr. Munir

Christy is 2009 graduate of Mid-Continent University with Bachelor of Science Degree.  She earned her Associates Degree from WKCTC in 2007.   In addition, Christy has held her Kentucky Dialysis Technician Credentials since 2003.   She has been Dr. Munir’s clinical nurse since October 2007.   Christy previously worked as a staff nurse for Internal Medicine Group.  She enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her husband & their 3 dogs.

Ashley, CNA
Task Nurse for Dr. Scowden

Ashley is the newest addition to our team.  She recently obtained her nursing assistant certification & is currently attending WKCTC with plans to enter the LPN Program.  Ashley has been working with Teresa and Dr. Scowden since October 2009.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Martha, Med Tech
Cashier/Receptionist

Martha is a 1971 graduate of the University of Memphis with Bachelor of Science Degree and a 1972 graduate of Baptist Memorial Hospital School of Medical Technology.  Martha has been the receptionist at Western Kentucky Kidney Specialists since July 2005.  She also worked in the medical records department at Internal Medicine Group from 2003 to 2005.  Martha enjoys taking long walks, four-wheeler riding, & spending time with her family.

Linda
Cashier/Receptionist

Linda has worked as the cashier/check out clerk at Western Kentucky Kidney Specialists since August 2007.  She also travels with the physicians & nurses to Primary Care in Murray and works as the receptionist there.  Linda previously worked as a receptionist for Internal Medicine Group from August 1991 to August 2007 and as a dental assistant for 10 years prior to joining the JPMA team.  She enjoys travel and reading.

Jackie, Lab Tech
Phlebotomist for LabCorp

Jackie has been a LabCorp employee since 2006, and she has been assigned to the Western Kentucky Kidney Specialists lab since May 2009.    Jackie also worked at the Internal Medicine Group lab prior to joining us at WKKS.  Jackie has been a phlebotomist for 20 years, starting her first job at age 18 with the Red Cross.  She loves spa days and spending time with her family.
